With 35 years in the LTC trenches, Vanessa has worn every hat in the building—from answering call lights as a CNA to diagnosing as a Nurse Practitioner and leading the ship as an Administrator. She is a master of geriatrics and a passionate advocate for resident-centered care.

She’s seen it all, charted it all, and probably laughed at most of it. Vanessa doesn’t just teach; she translates everything into real-world action.

She’s a compassionate expert with a sharp wit who believes that the best care starts with a well-supported team and a really good sense of humor. Known for her “no-fluff” teaching style and infectious energy, Vanessa turns boring textbooks into engaging experiences.
