Qualified Medication Aide Program
Program Length: 10-12 weeks
Are you ready to advance your healthcare career?
Our comprehensive Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program is designed to get you trained in just 10 to 12 weeks. You’ll gain essential knowledge and skills through 60 hours of focused classroom instruction, typically held one to two days per week over 4 to 6 weeks.
Following your classroom training, you’ll apply your learning in real-world settings during 40 hours of hands-on clinical experience, preparing you to confidently administer medications and make a vital difference in patient care.
To Qualify, you must:
- be 18 years of age.
- be an active Indiana CNA with a minimum of 1,000 hours resident care experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Provide a physical, PPD and criminal history check within the past 12 months
- Complete an additional 40 hours of clinical practice in an approved facility

- Self pay. We accept cash, cashier’s check, Visa, and Master Card.
- Grant options may be available through WorkOne for those who qualify
- Employer financed
- Payment plans optional
- There are no refunds after the 1st day of class begins. Credit card fees are non-refundable
